Skippings Gallery
Just up the road from The Yare is our sister gallery, Skippings.
The gallery was the result of an extensive restoration project which converted this 17th century, Grade II listed building into a ground-floor gallery with four artists’ studios for rent.
​
The ethos of the project was to support the vibrant artistic community in Great Yarmouth by providing the gallery and studios on favourable terms – encouraging creative enterprise on King Street.
Gallery hire
Skippings Gallery is unavailable to hire for the foreseeable future. Our sister gallery the Yare Gallery situated on South Quay is now available to hire for small or larger exhibitions and group bookings.
